Do not go here. Bad service

Called ahead to make sure the ice ram machine was working and they said no shakes but we could get sundaes or McFlurrys so we drive the five minutes there and they tell us there’s no ice cream and this has happened many times in the past. Very disappointed.

The fries were cold and way to salty. If I could give it a zero I would why is there two gender shared bathrooms and the girls get there own I am a girl and I think this is stuipd. What is Tue point of charging for mayo 10 cents a pack this is crazy never coming back. I would not suggests this McDonalds.

Shout out to management trainee Daniel. The amount of pride he has in his work is refreshing. I'm lovin it.

Friendly and quick service. Food was fresh and tasty. They even apologized for a 1 minute delay because they were making the fries fresh. Clean and cozy, a great place to stop for a familiar meal right off the highway.

Service is usually lovely but the food is always cold. I've never once had everything be hot. Cheese isn't even melted. Lol and I got a warm pop in winter!

McDonalds has a rule against using a person's own mug, which I find ridiculous, so I did not buy any coffee. Then, they were out of bagels but still displayed some old bagel that they couldn't sell to advertise the product. Stopping there was a waste of time.

I bought a fish fillet tasted sour an microwave hard as a rock tried to complain but it kicked me off the site never again it's like this all the time

It's not fare To always prioritise de car pool against people insise of the restaurant. We are customer too.

This location is consistently slow when filling orders in the early evening (7-9 pm) when I happen to be coming through. Traffic in the drive-through lane is often backed up past the menu board.That said, my orders have always been correct, and the staff is polite.

Tried to get food at 5am this morning and was told they can't do food only drinks. Really? This isn't the first time this has happened. Have more staff working so that this does not happen again. Just because u are short staff by one person, me and my kids dont get breakfast. This has never happened at Tim hortons which is where I'll be giving all of my business from now on. The owners are clearly to cheap to properly staff and run a restaurant

Clean very friendly staff. Food was hot and correct. Great location drop in if you're in the area

Its very quick foods great for the first 20 mins then after that you feel sick to your stomach and your crying cause you dont no why you did that to your body.

I live in Brighton, and sometimes I like to stop at McDonald's on the way out of town. Since they have opened, I have had to pull over after placing my order through the drive thru. Not once, have I ever got my small purchases at the window! Today was the worst, there was no one behind me, and I placed my order, to be told once again, that I have to pull over, so today, I said no, I will wait for my order here, at the drive thru, because no one was behind me. I was told by the woman in the window, that they have to give me my money back, and I was to leave! What? I asked. Yes I heard it right...they wanted me to go away because I did not want to pull over. I told them I just want my lunch that I paid for (they do not understand what drive-thru means here) For the 3rd time, she told me I was getting my money back for not pulling over!!! I will never step near that place ever again, and I will be notifiying both the Manager and Head Office.

Just finished recovering from food poisoning after having one of their mighty Angus burgers, been going there for awhile and this is the first time it happened, but it's safe to say that I won't be going there for awhile.

I came to this mc donalds and the service is really bad there was cold food served and i asled for extra onions on my burger and they put put mustard.and if i could make negatives i would i do not suggest this mc donalds . also they charge 25 cents on the screens orders and 10 vents when you go to the counter this mc donalds is so bad

Service incredible slow, of all staff, only one person was actually working, the other ones were standing or talking, including the manager. Waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers. Run very poorly.

Drive thru was actually fast, food fresh and tasty... Order taker was competent

I find this McDonald's to be more expensive than most, I guess because of the proximity to the highway? I find their service to be extremely slow and most every time you use the drive-thru, you'll need to pull over and wait for your meal. Today I ordered a coffee and drank at least a teaspoon of coffee grounds in the bottom of my coffee. Gross, that'll be the last time I stop here.

A lot more space and seating inside than it looks like, and in a good convenient location right off of the 401

We often stop here as we go west to visit family. I haven’t written a review after past visits because I wanted to believe the experience wouldn’t be consistently as negative. Our most recent stop included the following: - extremely dirty bathrooms including urine on the seat & floor, feces smeared on the outside of the bowl, graffiti scratched into the paint & mirror;- filthy floors & sink- very slow service (20 minutes for 2 combos) I have a high tolerance for gross and patience for those in the service industry, but this experience was over the top. We do not recommend stopping here.

Slow, slow, slow, slow. Consistently slow service. (Had to pull up to the parking for a coffee and muffin, and wait 5 minutes).

Long lines...thry don't acknowledge at the speaker fast enough and when there's 2 lines, they forget about one line so one line will have a long line and the other is still long but at least moves...i don't think they can handle having both drivethrus. Gotten wrong order and deals with it like its my fault that they gave me the wrong bag of food

Most frustrating McDonalds ever. Service is extremely SLOW, even when it's not busy. I'm travelling with a friend and went through the drive through. We needed to pay separately, so we asked for 2 separate orders. We were told to drive around again for the second order even though there were no cars ahead or behind us. HUH?? Needless to say, we left and continued on to the next McDonald's in Trenton.

This location lacks proper management in the morning. Coffee is always Luke warm and their closed longer then necessary to change over to breakfast

Worst McDonalds i’ve ever been to. Workers and the Managers are extremely rude. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Rude and slow service. Won’t be coming back

Just got a coffee on my drive but wanted to write a review because the drive through staff were so friendly!!! I really appreciated them all, each lady I spoke with was smiling and cheerful. Thanks for making my morning drive better!
